Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig an einem Park gelegen, dennoch ist man zu Fuß sehr schnell im Zentrum. Frühstück war reichhaltig, leider war das Schwimmbad nicht nutzbar. Das Zimmer entsprach der Erwartung. Personal war freundlich.

...hatte mir wegen dem Essen Sorgen gemacht aber es gab eine tolle Auswahl am Buffet vegetarisch , vegan und es hat super geschmeckt.
Seminarverpflegung zwischendurch war auch sehr lecker und vielseitig.

This was a stop over stay for me travelling from England to Czech. The check in staff were freindly and helpful. The bar staff were great, professional and funny. The room was spacious and very clean. Comfy bed and high pressure shower. The grounds of the hotel is worth a look around. The breakfast buffet was stocked full of a good variety of foods and drinks. The dining staff were also helpful and kind.

The worst hotel I could have chosen. The WiFi didn’t work. The staff told me it was because I was on the fourth floor. So why didn’t they warn me at check in. Couldn’t use my mobile phone either so the staff suggested I sat in the foyer if I wanted to go online. Room was cold. No extra blankets but they did give me a portable heater. There were two beds in the room so I used the other duvet to stay warm. No ceiling light and no plugs sockets spare so had to unplug table lamps and floor lamp to charge my phone and boil the kettle. I was getting dressed when housekeeping tried to come in at 9:07 am. Unbelievable that they couldn’t wait until I checked out. Would never stay there again. No response from the General Manager whom I emailed 2 days ago!

Huge hotel set in woodland. Conference going on had great trouble getting parked. Once parked you walk down a slope to the hotel. Disabled parking beside normal parking but blocked by a skip. Strange room. No TV reception. No fridge. There was an air con machine but it was so noisy to use. In the bathroom there was no place to put shampoo, body wash etc except on the base of the shower. The shower flooded and water ran under the door but obviously not a new problem as bottom of the door was warped. Had to use towels on the floor to avoid slipping. No good when you have mobility issues and are older. Not much personality from reception staff. No information volunteered re restaurant etc. There appeared to be some kind of buffet containers outside all containing food and open to the flies but nobody about. The town is around 2 mins away once you leave the hotel where we chose to eat in a lovely Vietnamese restaurant. Fantastic meal. Breakfast. Such a long walk along corridor once you leave the lift. Buffet was good with a varied selection. Well staffed and clean tables.

We were in the hotel with a family (two adults and a child), located in a one-room suite. At the request, an extra bed for a child was put in the room, a man, a Turk by nationality, put the bed. Poorly made bed, no extra towels provided. Because of the extra bed it became, though a little cramped, but it did not stop us. The room, like the hotel itself, seemed to us cozy but dirty. The linen in the room was not fresh and the towels were not changed regularly.

We returned to this magnificent hotel which with its facilities make it an ideal place to stay. A 5 minute walk away from the main shopping area & near the many restaurants in the town. We were warmly greeted at reception by LEONORE who throughout our stay made sure we wanted for nothing. Her efficiency, professionalism & kindness are truly outstanding. A great asset to this hotel. ALL the staff played their part in ensuring our stay was most enjoyable, to mention all of them is not practical, so too those who we came into contact with “thank you” & too those with whom we did not meet a big “thank you” as well. We hope to return next year & without any doubt it will be to the DOLCE.

Stayed at the lovely Dolce hotel on Elvis Presley Platz for 5 days. Room very nice with everything we needed including a fridge - very welcome as it was hot, hot hot! Staff friendly - just a pain getting in and out of the hotel when the festival was in full swing (if you didn't have a wrist band)! Food excellent and seeing/meeting Suzie Q was a bonus as she was staying there too! She was so lovely!! Would definitely go back and do it all again....the hotel was perfectly placed across the road from where The King was - that will do for us!
